1. About Aakaar Rugs

Our website may offer ready-made rugs as well as custom and made-to-order rugs.
For custom projects, specifications may be developed according to the requirements agreed between the customer and Aakaar Rugs.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, colours and images displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours displayed on digital screens may vary depending on the device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
For custom rugs, the final product will be manufactured according to the specifications approved by the customer before production.
Minor variations in handmade products may occur as a result of the materials, manufacturing methods and craftsmanship involved.
Such characteristics do not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Rugs
Custom rugs may be produced according to customer-approved specifications, including dimensions, colours, designs, materials and other requirements.
Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the applicable specifications.
Once production of a custom rug has started, the order is non-refundable.
Changes requested after production has started may not be possible and, where possible, may result in additional costs or changes to the agreed delivery timeline.
Any specific project terms agreed separately in writing between Aakaar Rugs and the customer may also apply to that project.
4. Orders
Submitting an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.
An order may be subject to confirmation and availability.
For custom or project-based orders, production will proceed according to the specifications and commercial terms agreed between Aakaar Rugs and the customer.
We reserve the right to contact the customer if clarification is required regarding an order.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price for an order will be the price presented at the time the order is placed, subject to applicable corrections or adjustments.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may apply depending on the order and destination.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes and destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payments
Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available through the website or otherwise agreed for project orders.

Aakaar Rugs may decline, cancel or request additional information for an order where necessary to verify the transaction or comply with applicable requirements.
7. Shipping and Delivery

For custom and made-to-order products, the applicable production and delivery timeline will depend on the project requirements and the timeline communicated or agreed for the order.
Delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside Aakaar Rugs' reasonable control, including transportation delays, customs procedures, natural events and other force majeure circumstances.

8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Ready-made rugs may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Custom rugs are non-refundable once production has started.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered or agreed, Aakaar Rugs may provide a refund or replacement, subject to review of the issue.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to fulfil an order, including:

Product requirements
Dimensions
Design specifications
Colour selections
Material selections
Other project-specific requirements
For custom projects, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the specifications before production begins.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, designs, product images, logos, branding, artwork, layouts and other materials, belongs to or is used by Aakaar Rugs with appropriate rights.
